community: n. a body of people who share a common locality, religion, profession, etc.

Each of us belongs to at least one community. There is the community in which you live, your ethnic or religious community, a school or professional community, possibly an online community. And then, of course, there is the one in which we all share — the global community.

A community, be it small or large, is what we make it. Though comprised of many individuals, each community has a character, a personality of it's own. Every member is an important part of the whole and every member has the ability to shape and direct the community as a whole. There are so many individual EveryDay Angels in our community, we could never highlight all of them.

On the pages below, you'll find some shining stars who have shared their time and energy with us, as well as some organizations who richly deserve our time and energy. The EveryDay Angels Foundation firmly believes that getting back a stronger sense of community is a huge step towards creating a healthier, happier planet. By making conscious choices, we can chart any course we desire. Using the online community, or internet, as an example... we can either allow the solitary use of home computers and the internet to push people apart or we can use it as a tool for bringing them together. Remember, one person can make a difference; but many people working together can change the world!
